FAQs: License and Registration

First, make sure you are typing your license key in correctly.  You may also try copying and pasting the license key into the license key field.  If you are still having an issue, please reach out to us for assistance and a support specialist will get right back to you.

Simply contact customer support and request a license key in the message field. A support specialist will gladly send you a license key.

First, you need to have downloaded and installed Driver Assist.  Second, you need your license key that was emailed to you or shown to you after your purchase.  Next, you will be prompted to enter your license key into the license key field in the DriverAssist activation screen.
